These data contain activity (in form of action potentials) of neurons recorded in the superior colliculus of mouse. Mice were able to run on a floating ball. Running speed and pupil size were recorded simultaneously. Mice were presented with full-field, drifting, sinusoidal gratings (“gratings”). In half of the trials, primary visual cortex was optogenetically inactivated.<div>See Schröder et al.
