Schroeder, Sylvia Steinmetz, Nick Pachitariu, Marius Krumins, Michael Krumin Harris, Kenneth Carandini, Matteo Neuropixels recordings of neurons in mouse superior colliculus during inactivation of primary visual cortex These data contain activity (in form of action potentials) of neurons recorded in the superior colliculus of mouse. Mice were able to run on a floating ball. Running speed and pupil size were recorded simultaneously. Mice were presented with full-field, drifting, sinusoidal gratings (“gratings”). In half of the trials, primary visual cortex was optogenetically inactivated.<div>See Schröder et al.
