These data contain activity (in form of action potentials) of neurons recorded in the superior colliculus (sc neurons ephys.zip) and in the primary visual cortex (v1 neurons ephys.zip) of mouse. Mice were able to run on a treadmill. Running speed and pupil size were recorded simultaneously. Mice were presented with full-field, drifting, sinusoidal gratings (“gratings”). In half of the trials, primary visual cortex was optogenetically inactivated.
See Schröder et al. (2020) for details on methods.

See "SC neurons ephys ALF definitions.pdf" and "V1 neurons ephys ALF definitions.pdf" for detailed description of data.
