  • reconstructions in folders Phantom_TiO2_inclusion_uncompressed1 and Phantom_TiO2_inclusion_uncompressed2 were used to determine the strain retrieval precisions in figure 7a)
  • reconstructions in folder Phantom_TiO2_inclusion_compressed were used with reconstructions of Phantom_TiO2_inclusion_uncompressed1 to calculate strain fields to localise inclusion in figure 5. also used to segment matrix and inclusion for finite element analysis.
  • reconstructions in folder Phantom_noTiO2_in_inclusion were used to calculate strain field shown in figure 6.
  • reconstructions in folders Chicken_tendon_uncompressed1 and Chicken_tendon_uncompressed2 are shown in figure 8 and 9 and were used to measure strain retrieval precision shown in figure 9)
  • reconstructions in folder testditheringsteps_uncompressed1 and testditheringsteps_uncompressed2 were used to calculate strain precisions shown in figure 7b.
