This is an anonymised dataset from the PiPS2 study. It contains the data required to calculate the Palliative Prognostic (PaP) score; the Feliu Prognostic nomogram (FPN); the Palliative Performance Scale; and the Palliative Prognostic Index (PPI). It also includes clinicians' predictions of survival in varous formats and actual survival. The datset accompanies a publication in the journal PLOS ONE
