Health-related quality of life in adults with classical infratentorial superficial siderosis

<p>Dataset underpinning the study on health-related quality of life in adults with classical infratentorial superficial siderosis. The data were collected between April 2020 and July 2021 as part of an online survey, and using the two common health-related self-reported outcome measures on  health-related quality of life: HUI3 and EQ5D.
