Images used for 3D reconstruction of an entire triceps surae muscle from a SOD1G93A mouse, following intraneural engraftment of mESC-derived motor neurons
Compressed jpeg files, obtained from confocal tile-scans of serial sections through an entire triceps surae muscle, which were used to generate a 3D reconstruction of the muscle from a late-stage SODG93A mouse, to show robust projection of GFP+ axons from engrafted motor neurons throughout all regions of the muscle.
