Images used for 3D reconstruction of an entire triceps surae muscle from a SOD1<sup>G93A</sup> mouse, following intraneural engraftment of mESC-derived motor neurons
<p dir="ltr">Compressed jpeg files, obtained from confocal tile-scans of serial sections through an entire triceps surae muscle, which were used to generate a 3D reconstruction of the muscle from a late-stage SOD<sup>G93A</sup> mouse, to show robust projection of GFP+ axons from engrafted motor neurons throughout all regions of the muscle. </p><p dir="ltr">The 3D reconstruction is published as a supplementary video in our eLife publication.</p>
