LC-MS/MS Sample files

<p dir="ltr">Raw files of exoproteome analysis of the monocultures and the co-culture on LDPE and EPS plastic diets analysed using LC-MS/MS after a 60-day plastic degradation experiment. The monocultures are <i>Bacillus subtilis</i> 168, <i>Enterobacter asburiae</i>, <i>Pseudomonas fluorescens</i> and <i>Rhodococcus ruber </i>Sm-1.</p>
