Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier; Scan -rescan study (reproduceability)
datasetposted on 02.04.2020 by Jack Wells
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This is the scan-rescan data set from the work 'Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Function' (Evans et al., 2020, supplementary Figure 7].
The same 6 mice were scanned at baseline and then 24 hours later with the BCSFB-ASL technique.
The data is in Matlab format. The ASL data is in a 4D array where the first two array elements are the 2D MRI images, the 3rd element is the interleaved tagged and control images together with the number of repetitions (20 repetitions) and the 4th element is the number of inflow times (750, 1500, 4000 and 6500 ms).
