<p dir="ltr">This multi-fasta format DNA sequence file contains all the identified prophage sequences in KPSC genomes from BSI infections at the QECH, Malawi (available at SRA/ENA under BioProjects PRJEB42462, <a href="https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB42462" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB42462</a>).</p><p dir="ltr">Each entry includes the accession number of the original sequence, with the prophage number appended.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p>
