Datasets and MATLAB code used to generate figures in Precompensation of 3D field distortions in remote focus microscopy.

Contains the raw C-z-stack tiff files. The accompanying bead tracking xml files and a snapshot of the MATLAB code used to generate the figures is included.
The current ray model version may be found at https://github.com/SilverLabUCL/SilverLab-Microscope.
