Processing Tools for Verifying the Yang Pressure Boundary Condition in HemeLB

<p dir="ltr">This release provides the preprocessing and postprocessing scripts used to verify the Yang pressure boundary condition implemented in <a href="https://github.com/UCL-CCS/HemePure" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">HemeLB</a>. The scripts are designed to support the preparation and analysis of simulations of Poiseuille flow in cylindrical pipe domains, which are derived from a common cylinder geometry but differ in orientation: one aligned with the computational grid and the other rotated by 20 degrees to introduce grid misalignment. These tools facilitate input generation and postprocessing across a range of spatial resolutions, enabling evaluation of the Yang pressure boundary condition’s performance under different geometric and discretisation scenarios.</p>
