Proteomes and predicted exoproteomes

<p dir="ltr">Full proteomes for the monocultures downloaded from UniProt, combined proteome (representative of the co-culture) and predicted exoproteome files (for LC-MS/MS data cross-validation). The monoculture are <i>Bacillus subtilis</i> 168, <i>Enterobacter asburiae</i>, <i>Pseudomonas fluorescens</i> and <i>Rhodococcus ruber </i>Sm-1.</p>
