Proteomes and predicted exoproteomes

Full proteomes for the monocultures downloaded from UniProt, combined proteome (representative of the co-culture) and predicted exoproteome files (for LC-MS/MS data cross-validation). The monoculture are Bacillus subtilis 168, Enterobacter asburiae, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Rhodococcus ruber Sm-1.
