Raw Data for RSC Nanoscale article "Multivalent nanobody engineering for enhanced physisorption and functional display on gold nanoparticles"
Raw data for the RSC Nanoscale article entitled: "Multivalent nanobody engineering for enhanced physisorption and functional display on gold nanoparticles" 2024. We demonstrate the value of using multivalent nanobody formats in improving the binding characteristics of gold nanoparticles in a lateral flow assay format and show the variation observed for different valency formats from 1-3. The nanobodies used are binders for the SARS-CoV-2 RBD as a model system. This archive contains dynamic light scattering data on nanoparticles with various nanobody protein coronas, bilayer interferometry kinetic data for engineered nanobodies, Uv-vis data on protein adsorption and aggregation studies, and lateral flow assay images for dose response studies. The data is in raw format and processed.
