Alpha Model

Trained MPNN model to infer throughput values from a optical network topology with nodes beteween 10 - 15. This model has been trained with the Alpha training dataset also available in this data repository, where the throughput labels are calculated using ILP solutions to the maximal routing and wavelength assignment problem.
