Snakes and Ladders Participation journeys in the MH-All programme

<p dir="ltr">The Mental Health Research for All (MH-All) programme aims to improve research opportunities for underserved communities in the North Thames region. It has created research opportunities for staff and experts by experience to widen the cohort of mental health staff conducting research, to in turn widen reach and improve participation, particularly for underrepresented groups.</p><p dir="ltr">This poster presents the team's reflections that informed our journey from a more consultative approach to PPIE to the development of the ‘People’s Panel’, established through the co-production and delivery of a knowledge mobilisation event.</p>
