This data includes audio files used to compare the avian species assemblages reported by two different survey methods: passive acoustic monitoring and point count surveys. The audio files included are from three forest fragments from the Taita Hills, Kenya. The point count surveys conducted by Gino Brignoli and Nathaniel Mkombola are included in the CSV file. All code used in the analysis are included, this includes the beta diversity analyses, partitioning around the medoid clustering to form the foraging groups and all statistical modelling.
