Acceptor arrays in silicon

Published on by Andrew Fisher

This is a theoretical project to investigate the physics of deterministically implanted acceptor arrays in silicon, in particular emphasising the topologically non-trivial quantum states that can be produced by taking advantage of the strong spin-orbit coupling in the valence band of the material.
